Brickers in Plano!

The Brickers came to Plano this weekend for Clint's med school orientation and we made some delicious dinner on Saturday night!

Stuffed Jumbo Shells = yum!

The stuffing mixture: italian sausage, spinach, onion, garlic, oil, egg, cheese!

Here we are stuffing the shells, which was harder than we thought it would be!

Yum! Yum!

We ended up finishing the whole thing! Great for a group or party!

And of course, finished a box of wine alongside...

We really enjoyed having them come stay with us!! We're looking forward to when they move to Fort Worth and we get to see them more often. We're lucky to have another high school sweetheart couple who is married. Our history with them goes way back!
