Not the best cooking performance I've ever had. The top half of the noodles were either not cooked enough or overcooked...they were still hard. The bottom half of the lasagna was great. The recipe specifically said use non-boil lasagna noodles and it said on the package, "boiling not necessary". Maybe I'll use another recipe next time!!!
Tomorrow night... sloppy joes!
